At 7am Buvette's doors open and at the bar you will find local New Yorkers with the newspaper and a plate of scrambled eggs topped with freshly shaved prosciutto, all to be gulped down with a cappuccino.
Clutter that is beautiful, pastries topped over more pastries, small plates covered with richly flavored meals, and an overall energy that brings a Parisian experience to savor.
There couldn't be anymore magic in the air; Buvette takes you back in time to Paris' Annèes Folles where, if possible, the Lost Generation would frequent.
